Now I understand why many people like to use smartphones. I always thought that I don't need such a device. As long as a handphone can be used to send sms and make a call, that'll be enough for me. I've never thought of getting a smartphone. One the first day when I got my new Samsung, I still missed my old simple Nokia, which had a keypad. It just felt so unreal to use touch-screen. And I'm not used to QWERTY keyboard on the phone. The keys are small and I kept touching the wrong ones.
However, on the next I got my new Samsung, I began to like it. On Monday I tried the wireless connection. And it felt so nice to be able to to browse the Internet through handphone. I read the mobile versions of New York Times and blogs. I also login to Facebook by using the browser and the FB app on the phone. I started tweeting again. Two years ago (10 Sep 09, according to the record) I registered in Twitter out of curiosity, but was never active. Tweeted only once. Now with this new handphone I can tweet whenever there's wireless connection.
It seems like I'm always one step behind when it comes to technology. I'm a few years late in starting a blog, registering in Twitter and getting a smartphone. But late is better than never! :-)
